Good evening Elders,

I recall a quote by the Spirit of Prophecy quote from "The Last Day Events'  that said "The final movements will be rapid ones" and based on the political, social and spiritual temperature things are moving very quickly.  As we prepare to close out 2025 and usher in a new year, let's continue to remain prayerful and anchored in the word of God to support our faith family.  

As the Apostle Peter stated in 1 Peter 5:1-3 "The elders which are among you I exhort, who am also an elder, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed:  Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind; Neither as being lords over God's heritage, but being examples to the flock."

This week, let's be mindful of these upcoming events;

1.)   Wednesday, Elder Bynum and Elder Crooks are scheduled to lead our Prayer Meeting on Wednesday December 10th.

2.) Next Sabbath, Elder Austin and Elder Grigsby are scheduled to support our worship service.  The Advocate has been postponed until further notice, so we will return to the normal worship format.

3.) Please be reminded that our last board meeting for the year is scheduled for next Tuesday December 16th.

4.) Last, thank you to all those who were able to support the Watson family memorial for Sis. Joy.  The family was truly appreciative.
